This Cookie Policy explains how Flowcite GmbH ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website (flowcite.com) and in the Flowcite application (app.flowcite.com). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Do We Use Cookies?

Yes, but only a limited set. We use strictly-necessary cookies that make the website and app work (including keeping you signed in to the app), and analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site ad tracking, social-media pixels, or any third-party cookies other than the Google analytics cookies described below.

Analytics & Google Consent Mode

To understand — in aggregate — how our website and app are used, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded and managed through Google Tag Manager (GTM). GA4 and GTM are the only analytics tools we use.

Analytics are governed by Google Consent Mode:

• Denied by default. Until you make a choice, analytics storage is set to denied: GA4 sets no analytics cookies on your device.
• Only after you agree. Analytics cookies are set and your usage is measured only after you accept analytics in our consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time (see Your Choices).
• No advertising signals. The advertising consent types (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain denied at all times — we run no Google Ads, remarketing, or ad personalisation.
• IP anonymisation. GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses; your IP is used only transiently for coarse, country-level geolocation and is then discarded.

Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary (always active — they only do what you ask, so no consent is required):

• Consent preference — first-party — remembers your analytics choice so we don't ask on every page.
• App session (app.flowcite.com) — first-party, session-based — keeps you signed in to the application (see our Privacy Policy).

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (set only after you accept analytics):

• _ga — Google — up to 2 years — distinguishes one visitor from another.
• _ga_<id> — Google — up to 2 years — persists the GA4 session state for our property.

Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it only loads and governs the GA4 tag according to your consent choice.

Google as a Processor & International Transfers

GA4 and GTM are provided by Google (for users in the EEA and UK, by Google Ireland Limited). Google processes this analytics data as our processor, on our instructions, under Google's data-processing terms. Analytics data may be transferred to servers in the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your Choices

You are always in control of analytics:

• Choose when you arrive. Our consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics. Until you accept, nothing is measured and no analytics cookies are set.
• Change your mind anytime. You can withdraw or update your consent at any time through the consent banner — withdrawing is as easy as accepting.
• Clear cookies in your browser settings at any time to remove your preference and any analytics cookies.

Other Third Parties & Fonts

Apart from Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager, this website loads no other third-party tracking services. Fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans) are self-hosted on our own servers — they are not fetched from Google Fonts, so your IP address is never disclosed to Google for font delivery. We do not embed advertising networks, social-media widgets, or web beacons.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

We honour browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as a request to keep analytics denied and do not run GA4 — regardless of any earlier choice.
