Flowcite GmbH ("us," "we," or "our") is a Flowcite-based group providing the personal information of our customers and visitors to our Users ("you") on certain Flowcite websites and any subdomains (collectively the "Site"), in their products and services. We may at any time amend this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law and you will be notified of any change of intent or material change accordingly. By using the Site or Service, or otherwise providing us with information about you, you indicate your understanding of, and acceptance of, this Privacy Policy.
For purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Flowcite GmbH is the data controller of your personal information. We have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be reached at the address listed below in the "Contact Us" section.

This privacy policy covers personal information, including any information we collect, use and share from you, as described under "How We Use Your Information." This privacy policy does not cover how our Users may use, share or process information that you provide directly to them as part of the Services they offer to you.

Flowcite collects information from you in three ways: (1) information that you provide voluntarily; (2) information that we collect automatically; and (3) information from third parties. The following information is collected by us from you:

- Account registration information. When you fill in fields on the registration form to create an account with Flowcite, you must provide certain information about yourself, including but not limited to your name, email address, country, and password.
- Payment information. If you choose to make purchases through Flowcite, we may collect (or have a third-party process and collect on our behalf) your payment information, including but not limited to your billing name, email address, billing address, telephone number, and payment account information.
- Communications. When you communicate with us through email or other forms (such as our contact form, surveys, polls, requests, etc.), we keep records related to those communications, which may include any contact details that you provide.
- Documents and references. When you create or upload documents, references, citations, or other content within our Services, we may store this content as necessary to provide the Services to you.
How We Use Your Information

Corporate Reorganizations
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of all or a substantial portion of our assets, or other similar reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Lastly, if legally required to do so, in response to government and intelligence and law enforcement request, or by court order, we may disclose your personal information. In such cases, we will only do this when we are legally required, when our security or others' is in danger, or when needed to protect Flowcite's rights or property.

- making our Services and Site safer
- complying with our laws or with a court order, including in response to a court order, legal processes, or other lawful requests
- causing or providing a strong legal duty to protect anyone

Security
The security of your information is a serious topic to us and we use technical and physical security measures to protect your data, our reasonable security measures are designed to ensure the use of, and disclosure of any personal information that has been collected by us.
If a security incident were to compromise the security of any personal data collected by us, we may notify you in accordance with applicable law and good faith.
You are also responsible for keeping all account information that you have provided us, including but not limited to your username and password, confidential and secure, and you should not share these credentials with anyone.
You may receive contact information that may be related to detailed information about us. If we receive any service requests during a period of time, we will check on them to ensure that the information we receive is requested as soon as possible.
The Disclosure can include identifying your information you (1) and other current contact us in the personal information we have, (2) the categories of sources from which the personal information was collected, (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling it, and (4) the categories of third parties with whom the business shares the personal information.

We use "Cookies" to identify the areas of our website that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use Cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of our website but are non-essential to their use. However, without these Cookies, certain functionality like videos may become unavailable or you would be required to enter your login details every time you visit the website as we would not be able to remember that you had logged in previously.
Your Rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have a number of important rights you may exercise free of charge in connection with your personal information.
Access
You have the right to access information about the personal information that has been collected from you, as well as request a copy of the personal information that has been collected.
Portability
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information you have provided us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to another controller.
Correction
You have the right to require us to correct any personal information held about you that is inaccurate. While we will seek to do so promptly, you should be aware that there are some situations where we are entitled to refuse to do so.
Erasure
You may request that we delete the personal information we hold of you in the following situations:
- where you object to or no longer consent to our processing of the information,
- and we are providing on the basis of your consent
- we are processing your data on the basis of a legitimate interest and you object to such processing, and we cannot demonstrate an overriding legitimate ground for the processing
- you no longer want us to use the personal information to send you marketing
- you believe your personal information has been unlawfully processed by us
- your personal information needs to be erased to comply with our legal obligations
- your personal data is collected in relation to the offer of services to a child.
Restriction of Processing to Storage Only
You have the right to require us to stop processing the personal information we hold about you other than for storage purposes in certain circumstances.
- You believe the personal information is not accurate for the period it takes for us to verify whether the information is accurate
- We want to erase the personal information as the processing we are doing is unlawful but you want us to continue to store it
- We no longer require the personal information for the purposes of the processing but you require it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
- You have objected to processing justified on legitimate interest grounds, pending verification as to whether we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing.
Where personal information is subject to restriction we will only process it with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Objection
You have the right to object to our processing of your data where our legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, or processing is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, our use of your personal information before you withdraw is still lawful.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under this Privacy Policy or applicable law. Unless permitted by the EDPB we will not (i) deny you goods or services, (ii) charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties, (iii) provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or (iv) suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, in this Privacy Policy please note that the right to opt-out of "the sale" of personal information described in EDPB does not apply to all of our processing activities, and we may continue to process certain personal information about you for legitimate business purposes after you have opted-out of the "sale".
Children
If you find any reason to suspect that this Privacy Policy is in any way invading, sharing, or otherwise providing services to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties.
